Terms, Conditions and Privacy

By signing up to this course, retreat, workshop, program or 1:1 or team sessions you agree to the following:

REFUNDS POLICY

• For self-paced online courses - no refunds after sale.
• For online and in-person retreats and workshops - please see our specific refunds policy, but typically it is as follows:
  • Cancellation by email to admin@nikchung.com within 90 days of the start date of the retreat - Full refund
  • Cancellation by email to admin@nikchung.com within 60 days of the start date of the retreat - 50% refund
  • Cancellation by email to admin@nikchung.com within 30 days of the start date of the retreat - 25% refund
  • Cancellation by email to admin@nikchung.com within 30 days of the start date of the retreat - no refund (but transferable to another retreat participant)
  • If the event is cancelled by the organiser (Nik Chung), you will offered a free refund or credit towards another course/program.
• For 1:1 sessions and group programs (online and in-person) - no refunds after sale of single or package sessions or purchase of group program by payment plan or full payment.
• For bespoke team/workplace packages (online and in-person) - please refer to your individual contract agreement. However, generally upon signing and payment it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If your reason for cancellation is important, we will do our best to find a solution for you. We're not a heartless business, but one founded on the idea of mutual empowerment.

So, if you do honestly require a refund for dire circumstances, please write to us. That may involve an exception to the above refunds policy and may include a partial refund, transfer of sessions/membership and/or credit or partial credits.
